PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND HANDLING
We take pride in providing the best quality candles for our customers. Processing and handling time can vary from 1-5 business days. Due to the current shipping challenges, shipping time can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for domestic orders. We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States, and shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take extra care in packaging our candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will gladly replace or refund the damaged items. In the case of lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, and we will do our best to assist you.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to verify the correct address and reship the order at your expense.
